Fallaron Mining Ltd. (TSX: FAN) has announced the closure of their bought deal financing (Offering). Under the Offering the company has issued 27,710,975 common shares at the price of Cdn$0.415 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately Cdn.$11.5 million. The Common Shares were offered in Canada through a short term prospectus and in the U.S. through private placement pursuant to available exemptions of the United States Securities Act of 1993. The offers proceeds are to be used to begin the expansion of the G-9 Mine mill expansion, exploration drilling at Campo Morado and other working capital purposes.
