Company Introduces Coalition Customer Loyalty

iDeal Card (http://www.idealcard.com), a marketing and technology company, offers a fresh solution for customer loyalty by replacing a wallet full of reward cards with one reward card that works at multiple merchants.

“We’re reducing the need to carry so many reward cards,” says David Hutto, iDeal Card’s CEO. “People get offered store-branded customer loyalty cards all the time and their wallets are full of cards they rarely use. When they get approached to sign up for another program, they usually say no. Not because they dislike the idea of getting rewarded for being a regular customer, but because they don't want to have to sign up on another program. At iDeal Card, we've learned what customers like about reward cards and have incorporated that into a one-card program that works at every merchant that joins the network, whether the merchant is local or national."

iDeal Card is offering customers access to what they call a “coalition customer loyalty program” -- a group of merchants who all accept the same reward card and share reward points. “It completely changes the experience for the consumer,” Hutto says, “because instead of keeping track of a dozen different programs, our cardholders only have to sign up one time. All the information about our merchants and the offers they provide to members is presented through one site.”

iDeal Card is attracting local and national merchants that want a simple to use, plug-and-play rewards program. “People have too much to keep track of today,” Hutto goes on to say. “Consumers don’t want to keep track of punch cards or points from ten favorite merchants. Merchants don’t want complicated programs that are hard to teach to their employees or costly to launch. Both want to keep things simple, so that’s what our rewards program does: it keeps it simple.”

Asked to sum up iDeal Card’s system, Hutto offers: "Earn 1000 points at any combination of merchants and get $5 iDeal Dollars to spend at any merchant in our network. It’s that simple.”

iDeal Card is currently accepted in more than 20 cities across nine states and is pursuing interest from national and local merchants in all 50 states in the US. For more information about iDeal Card, go to http://www.idealcard.com.
