It has entered into a deal with local conglomerate Huan Hsin to develop the outlets. The move is a part of the U.S.-based company’s plan to expand internationally. It currently owns more than 730 stores in 22 countries. In Asia, its outlets are located in mainland China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea, and Thailand.

KKD is now trading above its 50 day moving average of 18.51% and 200 day moving average of 68.16%. It has outstanding shares of 65.22 million with the total market cap of $916.34million and its beta value stands at 1.68 times which shows that stock is more volatile.

Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE:EAT) jumped +2.16% with the closing price of $34.60 before going ex-dividend on March 06, 2013. The company plans to pay cash dividend of $0.2 per share on March 28, 2013 to investors who purchased EAT stock before the ex-dividend date.
