Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE:WPZ) declared that it aims to begin an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 common units signifying limited-partner interests. The units will be offered by Williams Partners pursuant to an active shelf registration statement on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The underwriters have been approved a 30-day option to acquire up to an additional 1,500,000 common units.
In the mid-day trading session, Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE:WPZ) declined -3.30% to $48.88 with the total traded volume of 8.06 million shares.
Cree, Inc. (NASDAQ:CREE) shares surged and hit a new high of $52.35 after third quarter guidance. Cree Inc. raised its adjusted earnings guidance for the third quarter Tuesday morning to a range of $0.31 to $0.36 per share from the previousestimate in the $0.30 to $0.35 per share range. The company also increased its third-quarter revenue guidance to a range of $335 million to $350 million from the earlier estimate between $325 million and $345 million.
In the mid-day, Cree, Inc. (NASDAQ:CREE) reported the gain of +16.70% to $52.18 and its total traded volume was 7.29 million shares. CREE has market cap of 6.08 billion.
Impax Laboratories Inc (NASDAQ:IPXL) slipped -24.97% to $15.01 in the mid-day with the total traded volume of 5.98 million shares. Its fifty two week range was $14.88-$15.48. The total market capitalization remained $1.03 billion.
