Paternity Suit Involving Daughter of Anna Nicole Smith Getting Even Stranger
For those who thought the legal battle surrounding the paternity suit involving the daughter of Anna Nicole Smith involved Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead you are 2/3 correct. On Friday a third party threw their name in the mix and has said he would file a lawsuit if the five-month old Dannielynn was bestowed upon Stern or Birkhead.
Enter Prince Frederick von Anhalt, the 64-year-old husband of 90-year-old Zsa Zsa Gabor.
The German born von Anhalt has claimed that he had been having a long running affair with the 1993 Playboy Playmate of the year and he was the real father of the daughter born to Anna Nicole Smith in September of last year.
von Anhalt insists that Smith was not with Stern nor Birkhead in the time that led up to Dannielynn’s birth, but rather she was with him.
While he has been married to Gabor for more than 20 years, von Anhalt claims that he met Smith and began the affair when she was still married to her billionaire husband J. Howard Marshall II. Marshall past away at the age of 89, one year after his marriage to Anna Nicole Smith.
