For now, pregnant Jessica Simpsons believes she will be stopping at two children. In a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday, the singer and fashion designer admitted that two back-to-back unplanned pregnancies have changed her original desire to have three children with fiancé Eric Johnson.
"I really hope that it stops," she said of her surprise pregnancies. "I think originally I had wanted three [kids] and now that I have one and another one on the way, I feel like I could stop here. It's a lot of work.”
Simpson said parenthood has been extra hard over the past few months because of her pregnancy. "For me, right now, the only reason parenting is a little bit hard is because I'm so tired from this pregnancy," she explained. "Maybe when I have two I'll be less tired, but I don't know about that."
The baby is due this summer. It will join older sister Maxwell, who turns 1 in May.
