The Girl, starring Abbie Cornish, Maritza Santiago Hernandez, Will Patton, Giovanna Zacarias and Luci Christian, opens in theaters Friday, March 8. The drama centers on a young single mother who begins smuggling Mexicans across the Texas border after losing her child to Social Services.
The film has a runtime of 1 hour 34 minutes and is rated PG 13 for violence/disturbing images, language, thematic material and smoking.
