America Movil SAB de CV (ADR)(NYSE:AMX) gained +0.63% with the closing price of $20.90. The overall volume in the last trading session was 8.05 million shares. Its fifty two week range was $20.25-$28.47. The total market capitalization remained $83.96 billion.

Newspaper website Expansion reported in its Thursday Internet edition that Telefonica SA  is holding an alliance talk in Brazil with its competitor Claro, which is a part of Mexico's America Movil, which is controlled by tycoon Carlos Slim. According to an early deal, both parties will share their mobile telecommunications networks which will help Telefonica in cutting its investments and speed up the deployment of the new 4G network in many Brazilian cities, scheduled for April.

The stock is ahead its 52 week low with 26.81% and its last month price volatility remained 1.92%. Its beta coefficient was 1.28 with a target price of $26.42. In its share capital, the company has 3.78billion outstanding shares while 2.37billion shares have been floated in market.

MetroPCS Communications Inc (NYSE:PCS) added +0.48% and closed at $10.36 in the last trading session with the overall traded volume of 7.99 million shares, more versus the average volume of 5.52 million shares. The merger between Deutsche Telekom AG's subsidiary T-Mobile USA and mobile operator Metropcs Communications Inc is not objectionable to the U.S. Department of Justice.

The waiting period obligatory by the U.S. antitrust laws has passed with no objection from the DOJ. The remaining hurdles for the merger are approvals from the Federal Communications Commission, the Committee on Foreign Investment and MetroPCS shareholders. MetroPCS shareholders are expected to vote on the deal on April 12.

Its 52 weeks high price was $14.51 and suffered lowest price of $5.53 in the same period. PCS has current ratio of 4.06 and its total debt-to-equity ratio is 1.43. It has market cap of $3.77 billion while its total outstanding shares are 364.10million. The stock beta value stands at 0.85 times.

NII Holdings, Inc.(NASDAQ:NIHD) declined -3.59% with the closing price of $4.57 after its participation at Deutsche Bank’s 2013 Media & Telecom Conference. The overall volume in the last trading session was 7.56 million shares. Its fifty two week range was $4.41-$19.63. The total market capitalization remained $2.02 billion.

NIHD is lagging behind from its 52 week high with -76.72% and its last month price volatility remained 7.10%. Its beta coefficient was 1.73 with a target price of $8.28. In its share capital, the company has 171.66million outstanding shares while 168.29million shares have been floated in market. It has insider ownership of 0.62%.EPS this year slipped -33.91% while the five year EPS growth rate was -4.89%.
