Alec Baldwin is going to have to rethink the name Massimo for his baby-to-be with wife Hilaria Thomas. Thomas, who previously revealed that Baldwin loved Massimo for a boy, announced Thursday on Extra that she is expecting a baby girl.
"Alec and I are overjoyed that we are going to be welcoming a little girl into our lives," revealed Thomas, who serves as Extra’s lifestyle correspondent.
The baby will be the first child for Thomas, 28, and the second for Baldwin, 54. The actor has a 17-year-old daughter named Ireland with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
Thomas announced her pregnancy on Extra last month. She recently to Us Weekly she is reading and watching videos to prepare for motherhood. "I'm reading a lot, although I'm learning it's not good to read too far in advance because then you freak out," she said. "I saw a birthing video the other day and I was like, 'That's too much information for me! I don't want to know that yet!'"
Baldwin and Thomas wed in June 2012.
