Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning received medical treatment on his left knee following their Sunday night victory over the Tennessee Titans but the three-time NFL MVP will have plenty of time to rest as his team heads into its bye-week.
Manning injured the knee in the first half when Titans defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch hit him. The hit drew a 15-yard penalty but manning stayed in the game, finishing with 309 yards passing and three TDs.
Colts coach Jim Caldwell said the injury was not serious and Manning would be ready for their Ocober 25 game against the St. Louis Rams.
