From Up on Poppy Hill, starring Sarah Bolger, Anton Yelchin, Christina Hendricks, Gillian Anderson and Aubrey Plaza, opens in theaters Friday, March 15. The animated drama, set in Japan in 1963, follows a group of Yokohama teens as they try to save their school’s clubhouse from being destroyed.
The film has a runtime of 1 hour 31 minutes and is rated PG for mild thematic elements and some incidental smoking images.
