Close-Up Talk Radio Spotlights Phoenix, Founder of Inside and Out Coaching
Malden, MA – For many people, answers aren’t always easy to find on their own. Whether it be confusion about your personal or professional life: an experienced outside perspective can shed extraordinary light into what is holding you back and how to overcome obstacles to achieve your dreams. According to Phoenix, founder of Inside and Out Coaching “many people have never heard of Professional Coaching; have heard of it but don’t understand much about it; understand somewhat but are unsure as to how to find out if they might benefit, and then find one that best suits them.”
Phoenix has been coaching since 1993 using her own format, which was then complemented by a Coach University program, which resulted in a Graduate Certification in July 1997. She has experienced the growth of this new industry, almost from the beginning, and as a result has a broad range of skills, vast experience and knowledge of what is required to be successful in this field.
After 28 years of excelling in the computer industry, Phoenix decided to walk away. She was burned out, depleted, and felt there was nothing left to give. She spent the next year trying to find a way to tie in her passion and knowledge into a fulfilling career. With Inside and Out Coaching, Phoenix found a voice and helps people find answers.
“With a loss of extended family, the perceived stigma of therapy, change of company culture towards self-managed development, people are left hanging out on a limb wondering what to do,” says Phoenix.
“Coaches like myself can fill these voids for people and help them with discovery, development, recognition/removal of obstacles, and balance professional with personal lives finding freedom in choices.”
The process of finding a coach can certainly be daunting as many people are out there under the “coaching” moniker. How do people know who to trust?
“This industry doesn’t have a governing organization yet. When selecting a coach, people should develop a set of questions that will assess their expertise. I have over 25 years of professional experience. I want people to know I’m a one-stop shopping coach. The relationship between the client and the coach has to click. It’s not enough to deal with the pragmatic. People are looking for a more spiritual connection with themselves, their families, and their communities. I can help people address the issues and achieve their objectives.”
Phoenix’s vast expertise and knowledge allow her to work with literally anyone at any age, at any point in their personal or professional life. By holding coaching sessions mostly by phone, Phoenix has been able to assist people from all over the United States.
