It’s going to be boys for Chely Wright and her wife Lauren Blitzer Wright. The pregnant country singer revealed the gender of her unborn twins Thursday on Joy Behar’s Say Anything.
“We’re having two little boys,” she told guest host Howard Bragman. “They’re healthy babies. They’re getting fat, thanks to my help. Everything looks good.”
“We’ve known for a while that they were little boys, but we were keeping that private. But since you offered me French fries …” Wright joked.
The babies are due in June. Wright and Blitzer announced the pregnancy in January on Bragman’s on his Youtube show Gwissues. "We feel like God blessed us with twins. We feel our entire relationship has been blessed. We feel lucky and ready to take on the challenges,” Wright said at the time.
Wright, who came out as gay in May 2010, wed Blitzer in August 2011.
