The Hobbit – An Unexpected Journey: starring Martin Freeman, Ian McKellen, Richard Armitage, Andy Serkis and Elijah Wood. The action/adventure film follows Hobbit Bilbo Baggins as he sets out on a journey to Lonely Mountain to recover a treasure stolen by the dragon Smaug. Rated PG 13
Les Miserables: starring Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried, Sacha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter. The musical drama centers on an ex-prisoner who agrees to care for the daughter of a factory worker. The decision changes their lives. Rated PG 13
Zero Dark Thirty: starring Joel Edgerton, Jessica Chastain, Edgar Ramirez, Kyle Chandler, Mark Strong, Chris Pratt and James Gandolfini. The thriller manhunt for al-Qaeda terrorist leader Osama bin Laden, and his death in May 2011. Rated R
This Is 40: starring Paul Rudd, Leslie Mann, Megan Fox, Albert Brooks and Chris O'Dowd. The comedy centers on longtime couple Pete and Debbie as they deal with a range of problems relating to sex, romance, elderly parents and maturing children. Rated R
Rust and Bone: starring Marion Cotillard, Matthias Schoenaerts, Armand Verdure, Celine Sallette and Corinne Masiero. The foreign drama centers on a bouncer who falls for a killer whale trainer that loses both of her legs in an accident. Rated R
Bachelorette: starring Kirsten Dunst, Isla Fisher, Lizzy Caplan, James Marsden and Adam Scott. The comedy follows the misadventures of a bride and her bridesmaids. Rated R
The Other Son: starring Emmanuelle Devos, Pascal Elbe and Jules Sitruk. The drama tells the story of two young men, one from Palestine and one from Israel, who discover they were switched at birth. Rated PG 13
Price Check: starring Parker Posey, Eric Mabius, Annie Parisse, Josh Pais and Cheyenne Jackson. The comedy/drama centers on a family man who puts his happy marriage and home life in jeopardy when he begins spending more time at work with his new boss. Not Rated
