Come Out and Play, starring Vinessa Shaw, Daniel Gimenez Cacho and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, opens in theaters Friday, March 22. The horror film centers on a couple who must fight off a pack of murderous children in order to make it off a remote Mexican island where they hoped to vacation before the birth of their children.
The film has a runtime of 1 hour 35 minutes and is not rated.
