Emerging oil and gas company, Doral Energy Corp., has a strategy to generate both near-term increases in existing production and longer-term development of proven undeveloped reserves.
“Doral Energy Corp.’s strategy is to identify, acquire, and exploit smaller assets that don’t necessarily meet the metrics of our larger competitors,” says CEO E. Will Gray II. The company was created to fill a void in the Permian Basin of Texas and New Mexico on the micro-cap side. Doral officials seek new opportunities that they consider to be appropriate based on a risk-reward ratio.
“We don’t have a lot of competitors in the micro-cap arena who do what we do,” Grey says, “Doral has proven reserves and is in the oldest and most mature oil basin in the U.S. We have proved that we can continue to find undervalued assets.” To read the full article by William Atkinson, go to page 78 of the digital magazine.
