Alpha Rae Personnel, Inc. successfully wrapped up a six-year project to recruit and hire more than 2,680 call center employees throughout the State of Indiana. The employee's were tasked with helping determine Hoosier's eligibility for insurance coverage and other benefits.

At the peak of the project, Alpha Rae employed more than 800 specialists and associates on the project prompting the Indiana Department of Administration to recognize the firm for the "highest number of jobs created" for 2009. Once hired, the employees worked on site at the firm's client call center locations. Of the 2,680 hired since 1999, 976 of those were eventually hired permanently by the firm's client. Alpha Rae sourced and hired candidates in every region and nearly every county in the State of Indiana to support the project.
