While Vincent Kartheiser is still getting used to the fact girlfriend Alexis Bledel is now his fiancée, the Mad Men actor says he doesn’t need to be reminding of how lucky he is.
"I'm a very lucky man," he said Wednesday at a Hollywood screening of the Mad Men Season premiere.
"I keep saying girlfriend," he admitted. "And then I'm like, 'I mean, my fiancee!'"
Kartheiser, 33, popped the question a few weeks ago. He was first linked to the Gilmore Girls star last summer after they filmed the fifth season of Mad Men. Bledel, 31, played Kartheiser’s mistress.
"Vincent proposed a few weeks ago. She's been wearing her ring. It's huge!" an insider told Us Weekly magazine.
“They couldn’t be happier,” added another source.
