Nortec Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: NVT) has announced the acquisition of the Haukiaho Palladium-Platinum-Gold-Copper-Nickel Project. The company will acquire the project from Vulcan Resources Ltd. Nortec has signed a sale and purchase agreement with Vulcan that will acquire 100% of the Haukiaho Project in exchange for $10 million common shares in Nortec Ventures. Following the issuance of the shares, Vulcan will be one of the major shareholders in Nortec with 9.97% of common shares.
