On the Big Island of Hawaii they found The Pakalana House for Receptions and Accommodations. The Property has 3 Eco-conscious bamboo hales (suites) with private baths. The main house has 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The complex has a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 ½ baths, with additional sleeping accommodations possible. The house accommodates 15 comfortably and up to 30 people depending on bedding needs.
They have an ideal setup for a wedding reception too. The property can be rented for accommodations, receptions or both. The minimum stay is only 2 nights and none are required if just using for a reception site.
They also offer on site spa services, gourmet food service, local guides and a complimentary concierge service to plan your stay.
The grounds have meditation gardens, water features, an open air yoga studio and koi pond. Inside you have all the amenities of a 5 star resort and more. Located on the Kohala Coast about 30 minutes north of the Kona airport it is central to much of what the Big Island has to offer.
