A male model from Chicago has made a shocking accusation about Kourtney Kardashian and the paternity of her 3-year-old son Mason. Michael Girgenti tells In Touch magazine that believes he could be Mason’s biological father because he had unprotected sex with Kardashian at his California apartment about 9 months before Mason’s birth. Ever since announcing her pregnancy with Mason, Kardashian has identified longtime boyfriend Scott Disick as Mason’s father. Kardashian and Disick also have a 9-month-old daughter named Penelope.
According to 26-year-old Girgenti, the secret tryst with Kardashian happened in March 2009, about a year after he met the reality star at a 944 magazine photo shoot. Girgenti claims Kardashian was having problems with Disick at the time. “We started kissing, making out and touching each other,” he tells In Touch. “My shirt was off. We were fooling around on the couch a little while before I took her to the bedroom.”
Girgenti says he attempted to contact Kardashian via Blackberry messenger, but she never responded. As soon as he saw pictures of Mason, Girgenti alleges that he "began to wonder" if Mason was his son and not Disick’s.
“I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he’s my kid – he deserves to know his real father,” he says.
While Girgenti hopes the In Touch article pushes Kardashian to give Mason a DNA test, Kardashian’s lawyer has slammed the allegations as a "preposterous and an outrageous lie." "They did not exchange contact information. Since the August 20, 2008, on-set photo shoot, Kourtney never spoke with him, saw him nor met him again. Kourtney has never been alone with him, and Kourtney certainly has never physically/intimately been with Mr. Girgenti," her lawyer tells In Touch.
