School Harassment Attorney Kevin Costello Serves on Cyber Bullying Rights Panel

Founding partner of Costello & Mains, P.C., Kevin M. Costello, who concentrates his practice in Employment, School Harassment, Discrimination and Civil Rights, served as a legal expert on a panel presented by the Camden County Bar Association on "Cyber Bullying," which took place on February 21, 2013. Also on the panel were behavioral specialists, computer forensic experts and education rights experts.

"With the continued growth and evolution of social media, the issue of cyber bullying, which is a passive-aggressive form of bullying that removes a certain degree of accountability, is on the rise,” Kevin said. “I'm distressed that there is such a need for so much awareness and activity, but proud to have been of service in educating attorneys and the public about the legal obligations and rights of the accused, the victims and the school professionals involved."
