North Star Chevy associates recognized as the best of the best!

Customer Satisfaction. Two words that are used a lot, but not always lived up to.

Well, here at North Star Chevy, we are proud to announce that 24 (yes, 24!) of our team members have been recognized by Chevrolet for their dedication to exceeding customer expectations! Chevrolet’s Mark of Excellence program was created to recognize the “best of the best”. This prestigious award is won by achieving high-volume sales and high customer satisfaction scores, as reported by sales and service customers.
The Mark of Excellence is the original name of the logo of the General Motors Corporation. First introduced in 1966, the logo initially included the phrase “Mark of Excellence” at the bottom. The Mark of Excellence award continues that decades’-old tradition.
North Star Chevy is especially proud that our associates honored with this award come from all areas of our dealership – parts, sales, and service. Here at North Star, we work hard to cultivate an atmosphere of teamwork, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. It’s an added bonus when our outstanding associates are honored with such recognition.
