Apollo Gold (AMEX: AGT) has provided an update on the 2009 drilling progress on their Grey Fox property. The drilling program began on August 10, 2009 and already has completed 28 holes. Results for the first seven holes showed multiple mineralized zones have been found in most of the holes. A one meter ore sample has intercepted high grade gold from 0.35 to 8.08 g/t gold. All assay work was completed at Swastika Laboratories in Swastika, Ontario and Polymet Labs of Cobalt, Ontario.
