Easyguide Gps Now Bringing Cambidge to Life with Gps Walking Tours on Any Apple/Android Smartphone

EasyGuide GPS has now added two fantastic GPS walking tours in Cambridge, UK for visitors to enjoy. Both tours commence outside the Guildhall by the Tourist Information Centre. One focuses on the history of Cambridge while the other takes visitors on a stroll around Cambridge’s green and open spaces. The two GPS walking tours of Cambridge are as follows:-

Classic Cambridge - This GPS walking tour takes around 60 minutes to complete. This AUDIO ONLY tour starts outside the Guildhall, on the Market Square and takes in classic sights such as Kings’ College, Queens’ College, Trinity College, The Mathematical Bridge and The Backs.

City Life and Open Spaces - This GPS walking tour takes around 60 minutes to complete. This AUDIO ONLY tour starts outside the Guildhall, on the Market Square and discovers some of Cambridge’s lesser-known attractions, as well as its famous green spaces. See Jesus Green, Midsummer Common, Parker’s Piece, Peterhouse, Pembroke College and the Fitzwilliam Museum.

Both tours are available as in-app purchases on the EasyGuide GPS app and all points of interest atriggered automatically by GPS when the correct play point is received.

EasyGuide GPS also has five other GPS walking tours available in London and more tours are being added to the app all the time. The five London tours currently available are:-

London Podcast Guide - This is a podcast audio guide to London presented by popular Welsh broadcaster Tim Richards. Tim will take tourists round some of the favourite sights in London and explore them. Although the individual chapters are plotted to play automatically, this is not designed to be a point-to-point walking tour.It is a guide to a number of sights across London which can be explored over a few days. This guide can also be enjoyed without needing to be in London as the atmospheric commentary will transport listeners to the locations.

City of Westminster Tour - This GPS London walking tour of the City of Westminster takes around 90 minutes to complete. This AUDIO ONLY tour starts at Trafalgar Square and passes by some of the capital's most famous landmarks, covering major highlights such as Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace.

London City Tour - This GPS London walking tour of the City of London takes around 90 minutes to complete. It is an AUDIO ONLY tour passing by some of the ancient city's most historical monuments including The Tower of London, The Monument, The Guildhall and St Paul’s Cathedral.

London Bridge Tour - This GPS London walking tour takes around 90 minutes to complete. This AUDIO ONLY tour starts at London Bridge and travels from London Bridge to Tower Bridge, passing Borough Market, The London Dungeons, Hay’s Wharf, Butler’s Wharf and across Tower Bridge itself.

South Bank Tour - This GPS London walking tour takes around 60 minutes to complete. This AUDIO ONLY tour starts at London Bridge and travels along the South Bank of the Thames, from London Bridge to Westminster Bridge, with highlights including The Golden Hind, The Tate Modern, The London Eye and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

A number of other UK cities will be launched in the next few weeks. Details of those GPS walking tours, including tours in Cambridge, Bath, Brighton, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon and York, are available.
