Ingen Technologies, Inc’s (OTC Pink: IGNT) is pleased to announce that on March 28, 2013, Ingen received a purchase order for its Smart Nasal Cannula ® from the US Forest Service.

In February of 2011 the company received a GSA (Government Services Administration) Department of Veterans Affairs Federal Supply Contract Award that expires in 2016.  Recently, the company engaged Virginia-based SenSoft International to assist in the record updating process that allows Ingen to receive purchase orders.  As a result, the US Forest service was the first to enter a purchase order.

Our unique patented and proprietary respiratory device is a fit for a variety of markets expanding from the medical industry, aviation, Forest Service, protection agencies, and home health care. These markets combined represent over $65B in annual sales and growing markets.

“The company is very pleased to ‘break the ice’ on receiving its first government purchase order from our respiratory product division.  This is a positive indication as the Company continues to work on closing the $3M purchase order from our export partner MMT Inc.  Ingen is focused and running strong in a direction of growth and opportunity for our shareholders. Our acquisition of ATMC is just days away from finalization, and we will make an announcement next week as soon as that is official,” commented Gary B. Tilden, Chairman.
