Dawna Lee Heising of EOE on Time Warner Cable Interviews on the Red Carpet of The Spike TV SCREAM 2009 Awards

Eye on Entertainment Producer and Director John Alsedek Shoots Star-studded SCREAM 2009 Event at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA

Spike TV celebrated all things scary and sci-fi on Saturday, October 24, at the Scream 2009 Awards, which were held at the Greek Theatre.  The show will be broadcast on Spike TV on Tuesday, October 27, at 10 PM EST.  Johnny Depp presented Rolling Stones legendary guitarist Keith Richards with the Rock Immortal Award.  Toby Maguire presented real-life super hero Stan Lee with the Comic-Con Icon Award. 

Continuing its tradition of presenting World Premiere footage, "SCREAM 2009" featured "Twilight" star Taylor Lautner as he unveiled exclusive footage from "The Twilight Saga: New Moon”.  The show also featured never-before-seen content from the upcoming "Star Trek" DVD release. "SCREAM 2009" debuted exclusive content from Martin Scorsese's upcoming thriller "Shutter Island" starring Leonardo DiCaprio.

 

Quentin Tarantino presented the godfather of the modern horror film, George Romero, with the Scream Mastermind Award, and the cast of "The Big Bang Theory", including Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar, were on hand to present the "Battlestar Galactica" cast reunion farewell tribute. Alan Ritchson, Samuel L. Jones. both of “Smallville”, and 2009 Daytime Emmy winner Darin Brooks promoted their upcoming Spike TV comedy series “Blue Mountain State”.
