Integrated Device Technology, Inc. Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT) designs, develops, manufactures and markets a range of semiconductor solutions for the advanced communications, computing and consumer industries. IDT provides a portfolio of semiconductor solutions, including integrated circuits that enable digital media to be transported, processed and delivered in communications, computing and consumer applications. During the fiscal year ended March 29, 2009, (fiscal 2009), the Company had five operating segments: Communications, Networking, Enterprise Computing, Computing and Multimedia, and Video and Display. During fiscal 2009, the Communications and Networking operating segments were aggregated into Communications segment, while Enterprise Computing, Computing and Multimedia, and Video and Display operating segments were aggregated into Computing and Consumer segment. In June 2009, IDT completed the acquisition of Tundra Semiconductor Corporation.
