Antiviral, starring Caleb Landry Jones, Sarah Gadon, Malcolm McDowell and Douglas Smith, opens in theaters Friday, April 12. The horror/thriller is set in a future world where people can pay to be infected with diseases taken from popular celebrities to create a "biological communion” between themselves and their favorite stars. When a clinic worker injects himself with the virus that killed starlet Hannah Geist, he must solve the mystery of her death to save his own life.
The film has a runtime of 1 hour 50 minutes and is not rated.
