Mains successfully defended a jury verdict obtained on behalf of a victim of sexual harassment. In the matter of Davis v. Husain, partner Kevin M. Costello obtained a jury verdict in August 2011 on behalf of the plaintiff, the victim of workplace sexual harassment. The defendant appealed the verdict, citing a number of alleged trial errors. Ms. Mains handled the appeal for plaintiff and, on March 14, 2013, obtained a decision from the appellate court denying the appeal in its entirety and upholding the verdict in favor of the plaintiff.
