Arianne Resources Inc. (DRRSF) Moves to Implement Mine Worker Training Program Initiative

QualityStocks would like to highlight Arianne Resources Inc. (OTC: DRRSF), a Canadian mineral exploration company primarily focused on developing the Lac à Paul phosphorus-titanium project. The phosphate deposits are expected to produce high quality igneous apatite concentrate grading about 39% P2O5 with little or no contaminant.

In the company’s news today,

Arianne Resources reported signing a major LOI today to implement comprehensive training services for the mine workers. This is a huge component of the project and a most vital one from the perspective of DRRSF.

Arianne will work hand-in-hand with the Commission scolaire du Pays-des-Bleuets via its vocational centers and the Pekuakamiulnuatsh Takuhikan Education and Labour Department in coming weeks to formulate a partnership agreement under which to proceed. The primary goal here is vocational training associated with the sizeable open-pit operation (construction planned for 2014, production in 2016) slated for Lac à Paul.

The Commission provides educational services and training to both the Maria Chapdelaine and Domaine du Roy regional county municipalities. Bringing the kind of experience and logistical capacity required to make this deal a real winner to the table, the Commission’s dedication to open, dynamic educational solutions for young and old will foster precisely the sort of attitude that will ensure success in this culturally sensitive affair. The Pekuakamiulnuatsh First Nation people’s interests will be well-represented by their Takuhikan’s (political and administrative arm) Education and Labour Department, whose strong reputation for getting people in the community the necessary cultural, linguistic, and practical skills required to access modern labor markets, speaks for itself.

More details about the parameters will emerge at the time of signing, but for now clear stipulations have been made regarding the types of training programs and how they will encompass education in all aspects of the operation, from pre-production to technical services, and output. This educational initiative will be of tremendous benefit to the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, helping to grow the local mining industry in what is a landscape truly rich in resources, with both ample minerals and water supply.

Developing skilled labor within the cultural context of the local Mashteuiatsh community that is qualified to execute day-to-day operations at the mine will be a huge boon to the region and to DRRSF shareholders as the project advances. The project is estimated to generate around 400 direct and another 400 indirect jobs primarily inside the region and given the scale of the project, as well as local geology, future job openings will likely add to those figures.

Investors will be interested in emerging data on the training services program, as well as operations at the Lac à Paul phosphate mine project in the coming weeks and months. With 153 holes drilled on the project to date (some 130k feet of drilling) and pilot plant tests, as well as an environmental impact assessment and feasibility study filing on the docket for 2013, DRRSF is looking hot right now.
