Britney Spears Spends Time in Eric Clapton’s Rehab Clinic
Britney Spears reportedly checked herself in to rehab only to check herself out less than 24-hours later. The 25-year-old “Toxic” singer had voluntarily checked in to the famous Crossroads rehab clinic founded by singer Eric Clapton. The facility is located in Antigua.
Spears has been urged by countless friends, family and Hollywood personalities to seek treatment for her recent affinity for alcohol. Most recently Justin Timberlake implored his ex to get help. Timberlake addressed the issue at the Brit Awards when he said “Stop drinking! You know who you are. I'm speaking to you. You are going to get sloppy.”
Since filing for divorce from her husband Kevin Federline, Spears has become a magnate for media attention. She has been photographed on several occasions in a seemingly drunk state, and her partying with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan became front page news.
