Sylvester Stallone was held by officials at Sydney Airport late Friday after prohibited items were discovered in his luggage.
Stallone and members of entourage were held for several hours when their luggage was x-rayed and revealed to contain the banned items. Officials at the airport did not make public the nature of the items.
The Oscar Award winning actor was allowed to leave the airport but investigations are continuing.
Stallone, 60, is currently in Australia promoting his film “Rocky Balboa.” His next film, Rambo IV: Pearl of the Cobra is in pre-production.
