American Pie actor Eddie Kaye Thomas was involved in some real life dating drama this week when an unidentified woman refused to leave his home following a one night stand. According to reports, Thomas called authorities Wednesday afternoon because the woman pulled a knife and destroyed property at the home when she was told to leave. The LAPD's SWAT team was sent to the scene to resolve the situation.
Authorities spent several hours trying to get the woman to surrender, but she refused. The SWAT team eventually surrounded the house and fired tear gas and flash bang grenades inside. The woman was finally arrested around 6:30 p.m. for felony vandalism. Thomas, 32, was not hurt in the incident. No other details were immediately available.
Thomas has not commented. He is best known for playing Paul Finch in the American Pie series. His recent film credits include American Reunion and A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas.
