The Impossible: starring Naomi Watts, Ewan McGregor, Tom Holland, Samuel Joslin, Oaklee Pendergast, Marta Etura, Sönke Möhring and Geraldine Chaplin. The drama is based on the true story of a family that experienced the devastating 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami while vacationing in Thailand. Rated PG 13

Gangster Squad: Sean Penn, Ryan Gosling, Josh Brolin, Michael Peña, Anthony Mackie and Emma Stone. The drama centers on a police crew’s fight to take back control of Los Angeles from mob kingpin Mickey Cohen in the 40s and 50s. Rated R

The Central Park Five: starring Angela Black, Calvin O. Butts III, Natalie Byfield, David Dinkins, Jim Dwyer, Ronald Gold and LynNell Hancock. The documentary explores a 1989 NYC rape case in which five teenagers were wrongly convicted. A serial rapist later confessed to the crime. Not Rated

A Haunted House: starring Marlon Wayans, Cedric the Entertainer, Essence Atkins, David Koechner, Nick Swardson and Affion Crockett. The comedy follows a young couple as they battle a demon haunting their new house. Rated R

Any Day Now: starring Alan Cumming, Garret Dillahunt, Isaac Leyva, Frances Fisher and Gregg Henry. The drama, set in the 70s, is inspired by the true story of gay couple who fight the legal system to keep custody of an abandoned teen with down syndrome. Rated R

Happy People – A Year in the Taiga: directed by Wener Herzog and Dmitriy Vasyukov. The documentary explores the daily lives of indigenous people living in the heart of the Siberian Taiga. Not Rated

Family Weekend: starring Olesya Rulin, Kristin Chenoweth, Matthew Modine, Joey King and Chloe Bridges. The comedy follows a 16-year-old and her siblings as they hold their parents hostage in hopes of making them act like parents again. Rated R

Cheech and Chong’s Animated Movie: starring Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong. The animated comedy features several of Cheech and Chong’s original comedy skits, including Sister Mary Elephant, Ralph and Herbie, Let's Make a Dope Deal and Dave's Not Here. Rated R
