Purple Heart Services and Concenex team up to provide training to combat wounded and disabled veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan

Through the unique software solutions of Concenex Montage Virtual PBX / Call Center, home-bound disabled veterans will be trained onhow to offer customer service and technical supportwhile working remotely from their own homes.  Educational Partners Full Sail University, University of Michigan Flint, LA Film School and supported by the Veteran Administration’s Vocational Rehabilitation Program (Chapter 31 VR&E), this new training module, offered by the Veterans Vocational Technical Institute (Vet-Tech), is a program of Purple Heart Services.
