 Close-Up Talk Radio Spotlights Germain Denis

Quebec, Canada – With an extensive background and over forty years experience, Germain Denis has proven to be a leader in the field of international trade consulting. Denis’ educational background consists of a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sherbrooke and a Master’s in Public Admnistration from Laval University.

Over the course of Denis’ career, he has played integral roles in a variety of ways involving trade policies and organizations. Denis may be most well known for his contributions in the creation of the World Trade Organization.

From 1995 until 2005, Denis was the Executive Director of the International Grains Council. In this role, Denis strived to enhance food security measures in developing countries, monitor grain trade agreements and aid conventions, and analyze global supply and demand.

Denis’ diligent work ethic and innovative ideas have earned him numerous awards and accolades. Denis has also been affiliated with many organizations including the World Trade Law Association in the UK and the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association.
