Silver Companies Rise in Wednesday Noon Trading

 

Several of America’s top silver companies saw slight increases in Wednesday’s afternoon trading.

The following companies show a variety of results by noon in trading:

Hecla Mining (NYSE: ML) rose 1 cent, or .2 percent, to $4.82.

Pan American Silver (NASDAQ: PAAS) rose 13 cents, or .6 percent, to $23.23.

Silver Standard (NASDAQ: SSRI) fell 2 cents, or .1 percent, to $20.35.

Silver Wheaton (NYSE: SLW) rose 25 cents, or 1.8 percent, to $14.24.
