The belt-fed E Translicer includes extensive detail on key elements of the machine, producing continuous precision slices. It has been developed for both small and large processors.
The compact DiversaCut Sprint produces slices, strip cuts, or dices. Recent applications include dicing of salmon, other seafood products, strawberries, coconut, tropical fruits, cooked sausage, and cookies; strip cutting of various vegetables including broccoli stalks, carrots, and potatoes.
