Britney Spears Back in Rehab
Britney Spears voluntarily checked herself into rehab on Tuesday after a strange week that included the 25-year-old shaving her head.
Spears’ manager, Larry Rudolph, confirmed that the “Toxic” singer was seeking treatment for undisclosed reasons. He did not reveal the treatment center that the mother of two had entered.
Britney Spears is currently going through a divorce from her second husband, Kevin Federline. Since the announcement of their separation Spears has found herself in the media spotlight for all the wrong reasons. Whether it was her relationship with Paris Hilton, long nights partying in clubs, or her affinity for under dressing, the one-time pop princess has seen her reputation plummet.
Several of her friends in Hollywood and the music industry have called for Spears to seek help. Recently Justin Timberlake made it a point while at the BRIT Awards for his former girlfriend to get help.
Less than a week ago Spears had reportedly checked into Crossroads, a treatment center founded by Eric Clapton located in Antigua. She checked out less than 24 hours later.
