A Kardashian is making headlines again, but this time it’s not Kim, Kourtney or Khloe. The trio’s younger brother, Rob Kardashian, is in the news for legal trouble involving an alleged scuffle with a female paparazzo. The L.A. County District Attorney's Office says Rob, 26, has been charged with battery and petty theft in the incident. A rep for the reality star has not commented.
Photographer Andra Viak claims Rob attacked her as she snapped pictures of him walking shirtless in a West Hollywood gym parking lot on March 27. She says Rob hit her in the face, snatched her camera and stole the memory card. Viak filed a police report about the incident and later sued Rob for robbery and assault.
No other details about the incident were available.
Rob launched a sock line, Arthur George, last year. He recently told Ryan Seacrest that he is now venturing in to boxers and pajamas. “I really like socks,” he said. “Now that’s turning into boxers and pajamas. I’m excited to have a niche.”
