It appears that Rihanna fans in Brooklyn are more forgiving that fans in Boston as Rihanna was late for both performances but got differences responses in each city.
The singer was booed in Boston where she was an hour and a half late to a concert that was supposed to start at 9 p.m. The singer started the concert at 10:30 p.m., skipping A$AP Rocky, the opening act, entirely. Fans actually had to wait even longer as doors had been opened at 7:30 p.m.
Nobody representing Rihanna responded to an email explaining the singer’s tardiness.
The following day the singer was late again, but this time the fans at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. cheered her on. Rihanna went on stage at 10:15 p.m. and sang some of her biggest hits including, “We Found Love,” “Diamonds,” and “Umbrella.”
The second time around A$AP Rocky also got to perform as well.
