Gold Companies Rose in Tuesday Noon Trading

Several of America’s top gold companies moved up in Tuesday’s afternoon trading.

The following companies all rose by noon in trading:

Barrick Gold (NYSE: ABX) rose 24 cents, or 0.7 percent, to $36.44.

Gold Fields (NYSE: GFI) rose 10 cents, or 0.7 percent, to $13.62.

Goldcorp (NYSE: GG) fell 23 cents, or 0.6 percent, to $38.18.

Newmont Mining (NYSE: NEM) rose 28 cents, or 0.6 percent, to $43.62.
