(NYSE: WPZ) announced recently that the regular quarterly cash distribution its unitholders will receive for third-quarter 2009 will be $0.635 per unit.The board of directors of the partnership's general partner has approved the quarterly cash distribution, which is payable on Nov. 13 to unitholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 6.

Williams Partners plans to report its third-quarter 2009 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, Oct. 29.Management will discuss the results during a live webcast beginning at 11 a.m. EDT the same day.
