Rockwell Diamonds Inc. (OTCBB: RDIAF) has appointed Graham Chamberlain as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Chamberlain will assume the position on November 1, 2009. He is a mining engineer with mineral resource and financial skills. He was employed by the Anglo American Group of Companies from 1982 to 2002 and has gained extensive experience in engineering fields pertaining to gold and base metal mining.
