Christie’s, the world’s leading art business, has selected multi award-winning learning and development agency NKD Learning to help them refresh the exceptional client experience that they deliver at 53 offices in 32 countries around the world.

Christie’s, the world’s leading art business, has selected multi award-winning learning and development agency NKD Learning to help them refresh the exceptional client experience that they deliver at 53 offices in 32 countries around the world.

After a competitive pitch process that involved many of the world’s best learning and development agencies, Christie’s selected NKD Learning to partner on the design of its global client experience program; aimed at maximizing the organization’s delivery of a world class, premium service culture across its global teams.

Explaining this decision, Christie’s Paul Dickinson, International Managing Director Client Service & Operations said: “NKD Learning’s in-depth research, allied to their innovative and insightful approach, resulted in a compelling program which I am confident will deliver the results we want – not just at a service level, but also on the bottom line.”

The program will build on Christie’s key traditions and strengths, and will ensure all Christie’s client handling teams find their own unique way to bring Christie’s to life for their clients at every touch point.
