NBA Scores: New York Knicks Beat Milwaukee with Late Free-Throws

The New York Knicks (25-31) benefited from a loose ball foul with less than one-second remaining in the fourth quarter to beat the Milwaukee Bucks (19-37) 95-93. With the score knotted at 93 and time running out Stephon Marbury missed a jumper and it appeared as if the game was heading into overtime.

Instead, officials reviewed the final play and determined that Channing Frye had been fouled by Milwaukee’s Andrew Bogut with .8 seconds remaining, sending the Knicks big man to the free-throw line. Frye hit both free throws and the Bucks were left with their seventh straight defeat.

Marbury and Jamal Crawford each scored 22 points for the Knicks while Eddy Curry added 10 points and 11 rebounds in the win. The win came despite the Knicks committing 23 turnovers in the game.

Mo Williams led the Bucks with 28 points and 10 rebounds.
