He has been Motorola's acting CFO since February 2009. Mr. Fitzpatrick joined Motorola in 2000 and has served as acting CFO since February 2009 and corporate controller since January 2009. He attended Wharton School Business where he received his Master's Degree in Business Administration and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
