Kevin Federline visited his estranged wife Britney Spears on Friday at the treatment center she is currently attending. A source close to Federline was quoted as saying, “he cares a lot about her.” Federline stopped by Promises, the rehab center in Malibu that Spears checked into, to visit the fallen pop princess.
Federline, 28, and Spears, 25, have two children together and it is believed Britney’s third attempt at rehab may have something to do with custody of their two boys. Federline had scheduled an emergency court hearing to request full custody but cancelled after Spears agreed to enter treatment.
Spears’ road to recovery has been well documented over the past week. Her first stint at a treatment facility in Antigua lasted less than 24-hours. She then opted to shave her head and get inked before voluntarily checking into Promises, she then checked herself out less than 24-hours later.
On Thursday Spears made her third attempt at treatment by checking back into Promises for a program believed to last between 30-45 days.
