GREEN CREATIVE LLC, the Commercial grade LED lighting manufacturer proudly announces the ENERGY STAR qualification of its MR16 7W High Output Titanium Series 3.0 lamp in 2700K,3000K, and 4000K. Each lamp is available and qualified in 25° NF and 36° FL beam angles.
GREEN CREATIVE’s MR16 7W HO has elevated itself above other high-performance MR16 50W replacements by being ENERGY STAR qualified in 2700K, 3000K, and 4000K and two beam angles in each color temperature. At 75 LPW, GREEN CREATIVE’S MR16 7W lamp’s efficacy is rated 175% higher than what is required by ENERGY STAR. Not only does this MR16 7W lamp have the highest efficacy among other ENERGY STAR qualified MR16s, but it is the most energy efficient 50W equivalent available today.
LEDs currently make up 10% of the estimated 46 million installed MR16s in the nation, and that number continues to grow each year. Out of all other LED lamp types, MR16s have enjoyed the most successful market penetration due to their distinct advantages over halogen lamps. MR16 LEDs last 15-20 times longer than halogens, reduce cooling costs by producing less heat, and require far less maintenance. If the entire US transitioned to MR16 LEDs, the DOE estimates realizing $0.6 billion in annual energy savings (“Adoption of LED in Common Lighting Applications” 2013).
